Refund policy

At Mina 3D Prints, each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are personalized, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Personalized & Custom Items

All personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. This includes items with names, custom text, colors, or designs made specifically for you.

We kindly ask customers to double-check all personalization details before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, and Mina 3D Prints will shoulder the return or replacement shipping cost.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized items (if applicable), returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

Approved returns will be eligible for a refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by Mina 3D Prints.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
