Processing Time
- All items are made to order.
- Standard processing time is 3–7 business days for personalized items.
- Custom or bulk orders may take longer.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods
- We ship within the Philippines via trusted courier services (J&T, LBC).
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and order size.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order arrives damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mina3dprints.comv.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund, and Mina 3D Prints will cover shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
