We value every customer and aim to resolve all concerns fairly and promptly.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your order, please contact us first through any of the following:

We will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution within 5–7 business days from the date your concern is received.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may file a complaint with the DTI Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau for consumer protection concerns at www.dti.gov.ph or DTI Hotline 1-384. Mina 3D Prints is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under OPC Reg. No. 2025090219619-01.
